Yes that is "missing in action" and lots of it! Yikes, I am a very bad blogger. I have been surviving my job. As some of you know, I am ready for a change. I am looking at changing salons and taking on a lighter load. I must remove myself from this toxic environment I call my job. It's crazy that we put ourselves in these environments for so many hours a week. More hours then anything else you do, if you are full time. I have been trying to hold on because my husband is in grad school, and not working...
He is finished in May and actively looking for work. Noble work that is (environmental policy-climate change) so I must still work while he gains momentum in his Field. But! I do not have to stay in this horrific job. When he works I can afford to take a little pay cut while I rebuild my client base.
I have also happened upon a new obsession. I discovered this product line from Australia. It is the first and only (so far) certified organic cosmetic and skincare in the world. It is really lovely. I became a rep to receive a discount for my own personal use and make a little extra money. As I learn more about the company I realize the more effort I put in- the more $ I can make. So we'll see.... I think I will try this out. What is so exciting about this is I am an entrepreneur at heart and it allows me to carve out my own business, without the high cost of starting your own business from scratch. If anyone has any input on this type of business it would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to see the product range it is The product range is Miessence. They also have this amazing pro-biotic superfood supplement that is out of this world.
I don't know if you remember my daily morning smoothie recipe from an earlier post, but I have replaced the other superfood mix with In-liven. So anyway, a new exciting journey begins. I am excited! I feel like I have a purpose. A good purpose! To remove the toxic chemicals from the seemingly innocent personal care products we slather on our skin on a daily basis.
Have a great day! And I can't wait to surf around your blogs to catch up!

Yaaaaaay! Welcome back! Missed you! I will have to checkout planetgreen. Sounds like a good match for you and an exciting venture.

Hi Danielle! Good to hear from you! This new venture sounds very exciting and I wish you all the luck in the world! I'll have to take a peek at it! I never have any luck with anything I put on my face- even the organic stuff- have you used it? What is your impression of it?
